George Goss – Managing Director
As Managing Director, George has been running Goss Environmental Coatings for well over 20 years and the family Company has run deep in his veins for most of his life! The company was originally founded by his Father, Michael Goss, in 1988 who retired and handed over the management reigns to George in 2014.
George firmly believes the family values and strong reputation of Goss are key to our enduring success. His commitment to these principles fosters enduring relationships with our dedicated office team and site operatives, many of whom have been integral members of the team for many years, lending stability and expertise to every project. This continuity allows Goss to consistently deliver the dependable, top-tier installations our clients expect.
Driven by a genuine passion for hygienic cladding and specialist coatings, George remains at the forefront of industry advancements and trends. His dedication to staying informed and sharing insights via his blog and LinkedIn platform elevates not only his own expertise but also enriches the broader discussion within the hygienic coatings industry.
George is a keen tennis and pickleball player, but loves every sport that involves a ball! He appreciates the great outdoors, is an incredibly slow but willing (!) runner, loves travel and is an enthusiastic rugby supporter. He loves spending time with his family and friends.
George is renowned in the office for his love of a Belvita breakfast biscuit – enjoyable at any time of the day… especially strawberry and yoghurt!
Olga Goss – Estimating Manager
Olga brings five years of invaluable experience to her role as Estimating Manager at Goss. Known for her thorough attention to detail and extensive product expertise, Olga plays a pivotal role in methodically reviewing construction plans and collaborating closely with site managers, cost-consultants, and architects. Her commitment ensures that Goss consistently delivers accurate quotes that align precisely with client specifications and budgets.
With two decades of experience in customer-facing positions, Olga possesses a unique ability to swiftly translate customer requirements into comprehensive, high-quality quotes. Her proficiency in understanding client briefs and specifications is unmatched, facilitating seamless communication between clients and the Goss team.
Furthermore, Olga actively fosters strong relationships with suppliers through regular meetings, ensuring that Goss remains at the forefront of industry developments and maintains a deep understanding of product offerings. Her dedication to upholding excellent supplier relations underscores Goss’s commitment to delivering superior service and staying ahead in a competitive market.
Outside work Olga enjoys Pilates and walking the dog and loves a trip into London to go to the theatre.

Bradley Seal – Hygienic Wall Cladding & Wall Protection Business Manager
Brad serves as our dedicated Hygienic Wall Cladding & Wall Protection Business Manager, leveraging his expertise since 2022. In this pivotal role, Brad spearheads crucial functions such as sales, estimating, operations, and procurement, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery.
With an extensive six-year tenure in the hygienic cladding industry, Brad brings invaluable insights encompassing product and materials expertise, installation knowledge, and operational finesse. His commitment to excellence guarantees a superior service journey, meticulously overseeing every aspect from project inception to on-site execution.
Brad’s interests outside of work include spending quality time with friends and family, travelling and all things outdoors including gardening. Brad openly admits that his guilty pleasures include American food and whisky.

Melanie Carpigo – Quality & Marketing Co-ordinator
Melanie is the dedicated Quality & Marketing Co-ordinator at Goss, entrusted with the vital task of amplifying the Goss brand presence both in digital realms and in traditional avenues. With a meticulous eye for detail, Melanie diligently maintains our adherence to the exacting standards mandated by our ISO accreditations, safeguarding Goss's commitment to excellence.
Drawing from her extensive tenure of three years as a Sales and Operations Administrator within the organisation, Melanie possesses a comprehensive understanding of our operational intricacies and business protocols. Her wealth of experience fortifies our team, ensuring seamless synergy across all facets of our operations.
Outside of the work environment, Melanie finds inspiration in travel, nature, and music.

Lukasz Grzesiak – Project Delivery Manager
Lukasz stands as a pillar of our team, serving as our Project Delivery Manager for an impressive 17 years. His journey with Goss began humbly, starting as a painter on site and steadily advancing to the role of painting supervisor across multiple locations.
An unwavering advocate for excellence, Lukasz is steadfast in his commitment to maintaining the highest standards of work. He ensures that every project is executed Safely, On time, On Budget, and with uncompromising High Quality, setting the benchmark for our entire team.
When not inspecting or surveying sites, Lukasz enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis or walking the dog.

Kerry Jones – Finance Manager
Kerry, our adept Finance Manager, orchestrates the financial operations of Goss with precision. With a robust tenure spanning over two decades in various financial capacities, Kerry's expertise spans diverse sectors such as banking, accountancy, architecture, and a notable stint with the NHS.
Her role encompasses a spectrum of responsibilities vital to Goss' fiscal health, including meticulous financial reporting to the Managing Director George Goss, deft management of cash flow, vigilant credit control, seamless payroll administration, and day-to-day bookkeeping duties. Kerry's seasoned proficiency ensures the smooth navigation of Goss' financial landscape, contributing to its sustained success and growth.
Outside work Kerry enjoys city breaks, hiking, keeping fit and the challenges of indoor and outdoor gardening.

Suzanne Charman – Office and Health and Safety Manager
Suzanne is our longest standing employee, boasting an impressive tenure that spans decades. In her current role as Office & Health & Safety Manager, she embodies steadfast dedication and a wealth of experience. Suzanne has been a witness to the dynamic evolution of our organisation, playing an integral role in its substantial growth over the past two decades.
Her responsibilities encompass a crucial aspect of our operations, as she fastidiously prepares Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS) and Operations & Maintenance Manuals (O&Ms), guaranteeing the safe installation and upkeep of our Hygienic Cladding and Hygienic Coatings Systems. Suzanne maintains a vigilant partnership with external health and safety consultants, ensuring compliance with rigorous standards across multiple health and safety accreditations.
Beyond her diligent attention to detail, Suzanne is deeply committed to the professional development of our team. With an unwavering commitment to excellence, she orchestrates the booking of over 80 training courses annually, empowering our staff to remain current and fully qualified in their respective roles.
When she isn’t reading a COSHH data sheet, checking PPE requirements or requesting a ladder inspection, Suzanne loves walking, supporting local bands and experiencing the local cuisines.

Victoria Skeat – Projects Director
Victoria, an accomplished Projects Director at Goss, oversees a diverse array of internal initiatives spanning IT, Finance, HR, and Marketing. Her fascination for technology drives her to explore innovative solutions that optimise business processes and foster efficiency.
Victoria recently led the successful implementation and integration of Simpro, our state-of-the-art job management system, revolutionising workflow processes and bolstering organisational agility.
As a qualified chartered accountant, Victoria brings over 25 years of invaluable experience to the table, excelling in project management across a spectrum of corporate landscapes, from blue-chips to SMEs. Her multifaceted expertise and unwavering dedication to excellence continue to propel Goss towards unparalleled success.
