The 5 stages of our work processes are:

Stage 1 – Project Enquiry Analysis

At the outset of a project, we carry out a full and detailed examination of the design documentation and programme of works, along with associated specifications. This allows us to fully understand the project and ensures that we provide considered and relevant quotations, including any suggestions regarding value engineering, if requested by our client.

Stage 2 – Site Survey

Should the project require a more detailed assessment, our specialist operations team will visit your site to evaluate the details and the level of our potential involvement and project objectives. The team will discuss the installation of all the relevant products and how our works will be smoothly integrated with the overall building plan.

This visit also helps to provide us with the information we need to fully understand the project scope, the levels of hygiene required from coverings or coatings and the nature of the working environment. 

Stage 3 – In-depth Quotations

Having fully evaluated the scope and details of the project, we can then outline the specific product(s) that will meet the project’s aims, along with a full breakdown of the installation costs. In addition, we provide accurate guidance on our procurement and installation timescales, for planning purposes.

Having reviewed and assessed the details, we are then in a position to provide a comprehensive written quotation, including our terms and conditions and the requirements we have to deliver a high-quality installation.

Stage 4 – Installation and Site Operations

As a result of our extensive experience, we know and understand that site installations need to be carried out as smoothly as possible and that the sequencing of all trades is an important issue. Our expert installation teams will work closely with all project stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure delivery is both on time and to budget.

Stage 5 – Testing and Evaluation

Quality is everything to Goss. In order to provide the highest quality finish our teams evaluate work at each stage of the installation, covering all of the various systems we supply. This evaluation stage helps to ensure that all the boxes are ticked and the resultant finish is of the highest quality and fit for purpose.  

It is only then that we sign off the specialist installation and always ask the Customer to survey the quality of our work before departure, to ensure their site satisfaction.
